This course is the framework of the “Relationship Awareness Theory” developed by the psychologist Dr. Elias Porter. During the course the participants will work with the second premise, “Motives change in conflict” and will analyze their conflict sequence. The SDI® shows the degree and the nature of changes when things are going well and when there is a conflict. We feel and act differently during conflict. The participant will develop an individual action plan to improve their self awareness and self-management and relationship management.
