This course is the framework of the “Relationship Awareness Theory” developed by the psychologist Dr. Elias Porter. During the course the participants will work with their different communication styles. The participants will apply communication strategies to real situations by using the SDI® Quick Guide to communication. The participant will develop an individual action plan to improve their social awareness and relationship management.
