This course is the framework of the “Relationship Awareness Theory” developed by the psychologist Dr. Elias Porter. During the course the participants will work with SDI® Expectations tool. The Strength Deployment Inventory Expectations edition will give you a valuable and different perspective for clarifying expectations. The participant will develop an individual action plan to improve their social awareness and relationship management.
